While planning for our wedding several years ago, I and my husband took into consideration our future home. Since we couldn’t afford to get a big apartment, we decided to stay in a small unit first. A month before the ceremony, we started to furnish the house with some basic necessities. Help overflowed from our friends and relatives. One of longtime friends volunteered to furnish the kitchen. He presented several small kitchen designs, and he left the decision to us. He asked for a week to finish his project. When he picked us up to check the development, we were all amazed to see it. Everything was just right. He constructed a hanging cupboard above the sink, a counter where we can savor every meal and use as a bar at the same time. The rice cooker, microwave oven, and the coffee maker were perfectly positioned for my cooking convenience. We’ve been truly blessed to have such people around us.
